“Customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to the person purchasing products through syorix.eu.
These Terms & Conditions apply primarily to purchases made by consumers through the Syorix website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable Spanish, European Union, or other applicable law.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, materials, and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and other technical factors.
The main characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.
For products with different sizes, colours, patterns, or other variations, please carefully review the available options before placing your order.
For pet clothing and other size-sensitive products, we recommend measuring your pet carefully and checking the applicable size chart before ordering.
If you are unsure which standard size to choose, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Standard-Size and Custom-Made Products
Some Syorix products are offered in standard sizes and configurations.
Other products may be offered as custom-made or personalised products based on measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
Where a product is genuinely made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where the applicable legal exception applies.
The applicable product page will indicate when a product is custom-made or personalised.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications for custom-made products.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a custom-made product is defective, incorrectly manufactured, or does not correspond to the specifications agreed with you.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the Syorix website are shown in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
The applicable price is the price displayed on the product page and at checkout at the time the order is placed.
Where applicable, taxes and other mandatory charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Shipping and delivery charges are shown separately where applicable and will be displayed before you place your order.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
Where a pricing error is clearly obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we reserve the right to correct the error and contact the customer before fulfilling the order.
5. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
We aim to keep product availability information on the website accurate, but occasionally a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order because the product is unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation of the affected order and a refund of any payment made for the unavailable product.
We will not charge you for products that we are unable to supply.
6. Placing an Order
To place an order, select the desired product and any applicable options, add the product to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.
Before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, prices, delivery charges, and other applicable information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you have provided is correct and that you wish to purchase the selected products.
The final order button will clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
7. Order Confirmation and Contract
After you submit an order, we will normally send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if the product is unavailable or if there is another legitimate reason preventing fulfilment.
The purchase contract is concluded when your order is accepted by Syorix.
We will provide confirmation of the concluded contract and the relevant contractual information on a durable medium, such as email.
You should keep your order confirmation and other purchase communications for your records.
8. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
Available payment methods may vary from time to time.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed for dispatch.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise fails, we may contact you to request another valid payment method or cancel the order if payment cannot be completed.
We do not have access to your full payment-card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.
9. Delivery
We currently offer direct shipping through the Syorix online store to customers in Europe.
Orders placed directly through syorix.eu are fulfilled from our European stock location in Estonia.
Available destinations, delivery methods, delivery times, and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, product, and order.
The shipping options and applicable delivery costs available for your address will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen events.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, applicable Spanish consumer law provides for delivery within the applicable statutory period.
For additional information, please see our Shipping & Delivery policy.
10. Delivery Problems
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us at:
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the package or affected product.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
11. Risk and Responsibility for the Goods
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Where the consumer has independently chosen a carrier that was not offered by Syorix, risk may pass in accordance with applicable law when the goods are handed over to that carrier.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery or risk.
12. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance purchases of standard goods within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The withdrawal period for goods generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
The detailed conditions for exercising this right, including return shipping costs, the handling of returned products, diminished value, refunds, and custom-made products, are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
The Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal available to you.
13. Incorrect, Defective, or Non-Conforming Products
If we send you the wrong product, wrong size, wrong colour, or another product that does not correspond to your order, please contact us at info@syorix.eu.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
For consumer purchases in Spain, new goods are generally covered by a three-year statutory legal guarantee from delivery, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.
14. Exchanges
We may offer an exchange as a customer-service option, subject to product availability.
An exchange is not intended to replace or restrict any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
If you require a different standard size, please contact us before returning the product so that we can advise whether an exchange is available.
Where the product supplied corresponds to the size and specifications ordered but the customer selected the wrong standard size, the applicable return costs are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.
15. Custom-Made and Personalised Products
Where Syorix offers products made specifically according to a customer’s individual measurements or specifications, such products may fall within the legal exception to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
The applicable product page will indicate when a product is custom-made or personalised.
Before ordering a custom-made product, you are responsible for carefully checking all measurements and specifications that you provide to us.
The fact that production has started does not by itself determine whether the statutory withdrawal exception applies.
If Syorix makes the product incorrectly or the product does not correspond to the specifications agreed with you, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on the Syorix website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product images, designs, trademarks, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Syorix unless otherwise stated.
The Syorix name, logo, and related branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
17. Website Use
You agree to use the Syorix website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- introduce malicious software or other harmful code;
- reproduce or exploit website content for commercial purposes without permission.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business, our customers, or third parties.
18. Third-Party Services
The Syorix website may use third-party services, including payment providers, delivery carriers, hosting providers, analytics services, and other technical service providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Where a third-party service is used to process a payment or provide another service, the relevant third party may process information in accordance with its own terms and applicable law.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming products, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, Syorix is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, natural events, public authorities, technical failures, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
If circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent or significantly delay the fulfilment of an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and minimise the effects of the disruption.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, major transport disruptions, failures of essential infrastructure, or significant technical failures.
Where required by applicable law, you retain your statutory rights to cancel or obtain a refund.
21. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product, order, delivery, or our service, please contact us first at:
You may also contact us by telephone:
+34 697 672 426
Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
We encourage customers to contact us directly so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue efficiently.
22. Consumer Dispute Resolution
Consumers may have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable Spanish and European consumer law.
Where applicable, information about available consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms will be provided in accordance with the law applicable to the relevant consumer relationship.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights available to consumers.
23. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the country where a consumer habitually resides.
Where you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms & Conditions deprives you of the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law that applies to your consumer relationship.
Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms & Conditions.
24. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, services, legal requirements, or website functionality.
The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in force at the time you place your order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The latest version will always be made available on the Syorix website.
